Official Docket and Record Requests
For a state court case, begin with Case.net if an online search is appropriate. Use the court calendar process for a hearing question and the court records route when a copy is needed. Give the office the case number, case type, and the specific item sought whenever possible.
- Docket or case lookup: search Case.net by number, name, filing date, or scheduled hearing.
- Current setting: compare the docket with the notice, then ask the circuit clerk to confirm a same-day or urgent setting.
- Certified copy: request it from the Gasconade County Circuit Clerk, who maintains the county court file.
- City ordinance matter: retain the citation and city name; a city clerk may supply municipal instructions while the court file follows the municipal or associate division.
